Female Sizes:
Small(10) = Bust 32.5" / Sleeve 33" / Waist 24.5" / Hip 34" / Inside leg 29"
Medium(12) = Bust 34" / Sleeve 33.5" / Waist 26.5" / Hip 36.5" / Inside leg 29.5"
Large(14) = Bust 36.5" / Sleeve 34" / Waist 28.5" / Hip 38.5" / Inside leg 30"
Extra large(16) = Bust 40" / Sleeve 35" / Waist 32.5" / Hip 42" / Inside leg 31"

Glove Sizing
To find the size of glove that will fit you best, you need to measure around your knuckles, excluding your thumb.
Lookup this measurement in cms in the table below to find the correct size of glove.

Male Sizes:
17-19.5cm = Small
19.5-22cm = Medium
22-24.5cm = Large
24.5-27cm = Extra Large

Female Sizes:
14-16.5cm = Small
16.5-19cm = Medium
19-21.5cm = Large
21.5-24cm = Extra Large

Helmet Sizing
Using a tape measure or a piece of string, measure around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. The measurement in centimetres is your nominal helmet size. Helmet linings do compress, so if your helmet is slightly tight to start with, this is quite normal.We recommend that if possible, you attempt to try on a helmet of the exact make and model that you require, so that you can be sure to order the correct size. On each helmet page you will see a size such as Small, Medium and Large etc. use the table below to find which size relates to your head size.

54cm = Extra Small
56cm = Small
58cm = Medium
60cm = Large
62cm = Extra large
