Delivery Charges
Our charges are calculated on the weight of the package to determine the cost. The tables below are taken from the Royal Mail postal charges and can be used to see what the shipping cost will be.

Note: We add an average weight of 300g to each package to allow for packaging.

All weights over 1.5Kg are more cost effective to send by courier at a flat rate of £6.95 for all mainland UK locations..

Returns Policy
We accept the return of non-defective items only if they are unopened and in their original condition.
A handling charge (of 10%) may be imposed at our discretion on the return of non-defective items.

The Purchaser has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full refund on any mail order purchase with the exception of Special Orders.

To cancel the Purchaser must send the original or a copy of the invoice along with full written reasons for the return.
Such written reasons and invoice to be received by the Company within 7 working days of the Purchaser receiving the said Goods.

The return of Goods will be permitted in only limited circumstances if the Goods are received in their original packaging, labelling, complete with any accessories, manuals or other documentation and undamaged.
(Original invoice will be returned to Purchaser in the event of more than one item being sold on it).

Items Excluded From The Returns Policy
Batteries - Batteries which have been filled or had the plugs or protective strips removed.
Exhausts - Exhausts that have been run for any period cannot be returned.
Manuals & Books - Unless all original packaging is intact and un-opened.
Videos, DVDs, CDs, or any software packages unless all original packaging is intact and un-opened.
