Returns & Exchange
Returns Policy
Items which prove unsuitable may be returned to us for a full refund, credit or exchange so long as they are returned to ourselves within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number before returning any goods. Any items sent back to us without a Returns Number will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- You will be liable for the full cost to return the items back to us.
- Items should be undamaged, complete with any accessories, manuals, documention etc.
- (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace packaging which is damaged or defaced)
- All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost on the way back to us, so please ensure you send items back recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage.
Items Excluded From The Returns Policy
- Batteries - Batteries which have been filled or had the plugs or protective strips removed.
- Exhausts - Exhausts that have been run for any period cannot be returned.
- Manuals & Books - Unless all original packaging is intact and un-opened.
- Videos, DVDs, CDs, unless all original packaging is intact and un-opened.
- Special orders which were either specifically ordered or manufactured for you.
Exceptions / Faulty Goods
A full refund will be issued for any mistake made on our part as long as all items have not been used & are in the original packaging & resalable condition. We will pay the postage not you......
We will pay for the postage for the following:
- Items delivered to you in error. ie: the wrong colour or size.
- Items delivered to you that are faulty.
- Items that have failed under normal use and are still under warranty.
Gaz Bikes are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
